Environmental Protection Policy
TEKAYA Limited shall be adopting the following policy in pursuance of the Environment Protection Act 1990, the Environmental Protection (Duty of Care) Regulation 1991, and the Controlled Waste Regulations 1991. This shall have effect on every person employed by the company and each worker shall accept his/her responsibilities in accordance with the Act, the Regulations controlling the industry and this Environmental Policy as far as it is reasonably practical.
The Aim:
To ensure the correct and safe handling of products, materials and services which might endanger or cause harm to the environment.
The Policy:
We at TEKAYA Ltd understand the responsibility to protect the environment through out the process of carrying out our business activities and we seek to adopt the highest environmental standards regards to materials, working conditions of workers and relationship with the host community where the product is located or all the activities carried out by TEKAYA Limited.
Health & Safety Policy

TEKAYA Limited shall aim to prevent accidents and dangerous occurrences that might put at risk the health, safety and welfare of all its employees including the general public.
The Policy:
TEKAYA Limited recognizes and accepts its responsibilities under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1975, by ensuring and making the working environment safe and healthy for all its personnel as far as it is reasonably practical. In pursuance of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1975, Pegs & Profile Limited shall expect the full co-operation of all employees in fulfilling this policy and also in promoting health and safety at work.
